I am a community health and research consultant specializing in stakeholder engagement, workforce development, survey analysis, and strategic planning. My work supports public health organizations, nonprofit initiatives, and workforce development programs by providing data-driven insights, facilitation, and communications strategies. I have worked extensively on projects related to Traditional Health Workers (THWs), School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs), community readiness assessments, and workforce equity initiatives.
